Tomecia, affectionately known as "Mickey” is a Clarksville native and a U.S. Army Veteran. She is a 1998 graduate of Kenwood High School and a 2019 graduate of John A. Gupton Mortuary College. Tomecia began her career in funeral service in 2017 and is a licensed Funeral Director, Embalmer, Certified Crematory Operator and Notary. Tomecia is very compassionate when it comes to families and serving them in their time of need. Every family deserves to be cared for and treated with the upmost care and respect.


Tomecia served in the United States Army for 17 years as a Military Police Officer with three combat tours to Afghanistan and Iraq. She is a mother of three; son, Bailey (21); daughters: Paige (20), Autumn (12) and fur mom to Hilda and Finley.


 In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Exploring new food venues, traveling, cooking, riding her motorcycle and anything outdoors, especially hunting.

Sue has served the Ashland City community for many years along with her husband Rev. Terry Boyd until his passing in 2005. Sue continues the Boyd family legacy by assisting with funerals and visitations. She helps ensure the quality, "down-home" family atmosphere, and top notch service  to our community  continues as it has since 1985.
