Teresa Ann Phillips, age 60 of Nashville, TN Passed away on Sunday April 21, 2019 at the Trevecca Center for Rehab and Healing in Nashville, TN. Teresa was born on January 8, 1959 in Nashville, Tn to the late Lester P. and Mary L. (Groves) Hayes. She is survived by her husband James E. Phillips, Sr, sons Mark R. (Kori) Barnes, James E. Phillips Jr. and Amber Smith, brother David Hayes, sisters Debbie Raines, Sherry (Lonnie) White, Wanda Weakes, seven grandchildren, Kaley Barnes, Johnathan Barnes, Jessie Phillips, James Phillips, Andrew Phillips, Devon Phillips, Savanah Phillips, Ashley Barnes and Kaden Lynn, three great grandchildren, Easton Barnes, Mia Phillips, Joseph Phillips. She was preceded in death by her parents.
