Richard Jay Winters, age 66 of Ashland City, TN, passed on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at his residence surrounded by family.

Richard was born on January 28, 1957, in California, to the late George Winters and Pauline Lindsey Winters. He is survived by his wife Tammy Winters; son Richard Jay Winters Jr.; daughter Tabitha Mixon; grandchildren Brandon Mixon, Jonathan Mixon, Dakota Mixon, Jasmine Winters, Emily Winters, Ashley Winters, Bella Winters, Trenton Winters and great grandchildren, Riley Clements and Mei'lani Walker.
