MSGT (Ret.) Orville "Wes" Lee Westerman

MSGT (Ret.) Orville “Wes” Lee Westerman, age 81, of Bon Aqua, TN, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023, at Tristar Natchez ER, in Dickson, TN.

Wes was born on March 8, 1941, in Milan, Indiana, to the late Wilbur Orville Westerman and Christeen Bear Westerman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Parker Westerman and brother, Wilbur "Red" Westerman. He is survived by his sons, Orville Dale Westerman, Duane Prinzing; daughters, Dawn Brewer, Bonita Sue Richman; sisters, Esther Brooks, Doris Fullmer, Sandra Oney, Jean O’Briant; grandchildren, Shasta Brewer, Danielle Moore, Nicholas Prinzing, Derek Prinzing, Annika Prinzing and great grandchildren, Blane Moore, Skyler Moore, Easton Trotter, and Cooper Hoskins.

Wes was a United States Air Force Veteran with serving over 26 years of service. He loved old county music, and a “good cold beer.” He will be missed dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Boyd Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at 2:00 PM until the hour of service.
