She is survived by her mother Linda Cook, daughter Shelby Messick; Brothers: Jimmy Cook and Michael Cook; sisters: Michelle Stewart, Perry (James) Mosses, Hattie (Scott) Garrett, and Mary (Timothy) Baxter.
