Mary Geneva Watson

Mary Geneva Watson age 86 of Ashland City passed away on December 19, 2021 at her residence. Graveside services will be held on Saturday January 8th at 12:00 at Ever Rest Cemetery of Cheatham. Mrs. Watson was born on January 16, 1935 in Boomer, WV. to Clint Roy and Susan Mae Brooks Swyers. She was married to Frank Watson, Sr. and had two children. Mary lived in Ashland City for over 40 years and prior to that resided in Dover, Tn. She was a member of the Church of Christ and worked as a Registered Nurse at Nashville Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Watson is preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert Swyers, half brother James Smith Martin, Sisters Martha Jarvis, Dorthy Virginia Roles, Patsy Ruth Oiler and half sister Emma Mae Carr. Remaining to cherish her memory are her husband Frank Martin Watson, Sr. of Ashland City, son Frank Martin "Marty" Watson (Lynne) of Ashland City and a daughter Anita Gail Turner of Gallatin. Mrs. Watson also has one sister Charlotte Jean Riddle of Procious, WV., 5 Grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Arrangements under the direction of Boyd Funeral Home.
