Kelsey Olivia Forbes – Age 28 – Passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020. She was born in Nashville, TN on May 9, 1992, to Mr. Mark Forbes and Mrs. Pam Forbes. Along with her parents, Kelsey is survived by her children Ava Allen, Waylon and Sawyer Forbes; her parents Mr. And Mrs. Mark and Pam Forbes; grandmothers Ms. Frances Carroll and Ms. Betty Forbes. She is also survived by three brothers Matt, Jacob, and Brian Forbes. She is preceded in death by her Grand-Fathers Tommy Carroll and Kingsley Forbes. Visitation will be held at Boyd Funeral Home on Sunday, October 25, 2020, from 3-7 pm and on Monday, October 26 from 10 am until the time of services. Services will be held from the Chapel of Boyd Funeral Home on Monday, October 26, 2020, at 1 pm with a burial to follow at Everrest Cemetery. Arrangements made by Boyd Funeral Home.
