Jessie Hooper Hamblin

Jessie Hooper Hamblin of Ashland City, TN passed away on September 9, 2021. Ms. Hamblin was born on November 9, 1947 to the late Lawrence Hooper Sr. and Aline Pentecost Hooper. She loved to fish, cook, and garden. Jessie was a wonderful housekeeper, caregiver and friend. She enjoyed traveling by car to see old friends in neighboring states. She is survived by her sons, David "Bo" Hamblin Jr of Ashland City, TN, Steven Hamblin of Ashland City, TN, Thomas Hamblin of Dickson, TN; daughters, Anita Maffei of Ashland City, TN, Kristy Hamblin of Ashland City, TN; brothers Raymond Hooper (Judy), Lawrence Hooper Jr.(Johan); sister, Anita Tolbert Robertson and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents Ms. Hamblin was preceded in death by brothers Glen Hooper, Pete Hooper and daughter Shirley "Punkin" Hamblin Taylor.
