Jenell Houchin

Jenell Houchin - age 84 – passed away on April 22, 2021 in Nashville, TN. She was born in Ashland City, TN on January 17, 1937 to Richard Reeves and Louise Perry. She was preceded in death by her parents; a Son: Billy Joe Carney; and Daughter: April Fay Carney; a Daughter-in-law: Jennifer Jo Reeves; a Great-Grandson, Grayson M. Blaylock; Brothers: Travis and Jr. Reeves; Sisters, Arlene Hayward, Dorothy Johnson, and Devon Weakley. She is survived by her spouse, William Houchin; as well as two sons: James Reeves and Ray Ronson; a daughter: Ruby J. Reeves; two brothers Wayne Reeves and Raymond Reeves; a sister, Barbara Hackett; Eight Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren and Six Great, Great Grandchildren. A special thank you to Sissy Cantrell. Visitation will be held at Scottsboro First Baptist Church on Monday, April 26th from 3:00 pm to 8 pm; on Tuesday, April 27th from 10 am until the time of service.
