UPDATE: A Memorial Service will be held for Mr. Ashworth on Sunday November 28, 2021 at Tusculum Hills Baptist Church located at 4930 Nolensville Rd. Nashville TN 37211, from 2:30pm until 4:30pm Jason Neal Ashworth, age 49, of Ashland City, TN passed away on October 22, 2021. Mr. Ashworth was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Samuel Paul Ashworth, Sr. and wife Elizabeth Smith Ashworth. Jason is survived by His beloved fur-baby, Baybee, his mother, Deborah Shane Callis of Ashland City TN, his father, Samuel Paul Ashworth, Jr. (Vicki Bunting) of Watertown, TN, his sister, April Lynn Taylor of Ashland City, TN, maternal grandparents, Ron and Janice McGowan, Niece, Samantha Hoover, Nephew, Hunter Burdett and Great Nieces: Haven and Jordan Burdett. From Jason’s mother to all the wonderful responders that answered Jason’s last needs. I want to thank you for your respect, kindness and professionalism.
