Gerald (Jerry) Dean Collins

Gerald (Jerry) Dean Collins, age 85 passed away on March 28, 2022 at AHC-Clarksville, TN. He was born January 18, 1937 in Bertrand, MO to Garvin and Ida Mae (Webb) Collins. Mr. Collins was an entertainer and a contractor by trade. Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Virginia (Jenny) Collins, daughter, Cheryl (Dale) Klercker, Step-daughter, Kim (Brent) Townsend, Stepsons, Kyle Rogers, Jeff (Christee) Norris, 3 grandchildren, Clarissa Klercker, Erica Boice, Madelyn Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, wives, Gwen and Charlotte, and brother Garvin J. Collins. Visitation and Funeral Service will be held Friday April 1, 2022 in the Chapel of Boyd Funeral Home, with visitation from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and funeral service to follow immediately after. Mr. Collins will be buried at Ever Rest of Cheatham Cemetery in Pleasant View, TN following the funeral service. Joe Vick and Max Vick will be officiating. Services are under the direction of Boyd Funeral Home, Jenny Shelton, Funeral Director.
