Eugene "Pops" Allyn King

Eugene “Pops” Allyn King, age 77, of Ashland City, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at Waters of Cheatham.

“Pops” was born August 19, 1945, in New London, CT, to the late Charles S. King and Marian C. Beyar King. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his bonus mother, Edla C. King; brothers, George King, Roger King and sister, Audrey King. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jennifer Carol Seay King; sons, Glenn (Nicole) King, Anthony (Nicole) King; sister, Anna Ryley; grandchildren, Lauren Delaney King, Ashllyn Nicole King, Garrett Wayne King, Bradley Allyn King, Colton Hunter King, and Maxton Daniel King.

“Pops” was a big ole “Teddy Bear,” who was a loving Son, Brother, Husband, Father, and Friend. He loved the outdoors, to include fishing and hunting, motorcycles, and muscle cars.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Leon Edwards, Dr. Sam Creed, Rev. Cal Reynolds and Rev. Larry King officiating.
