Neil Tomlin

Edwin Neil Tomlin, 60 of Ashland City, TN passed away on Friday March 1st, 2019 in Nashville, TN. Neil was born in Nashville on December 27, 1958 to the late William, Sr. and Helen (Stewart) Tomlin. He is survived by his wife Penny Renee Tomlin, son Thomas Andrew Tomlin, both of Dover, TN, daughter Angelina Alves of Ashland City, brothers William Tomlin Jr of Dover, TN, Ricky Tomlin of Pleasant View, Tn, and Raymond and Troy Tomlin, sisters Joyce Nixon and Angie Tomlin, both of Chapmansboro, and half brother Wayne Tomlin of Ashland City. Neil had ten grandchildren, Destiny, Thomas, Mary Anne and Jeremiah Lloyd Saddie Woods, Braylen and Lucas Alves, Cooper Harden, Axel and Allyanna Alves. Neil was preceded in death by his parents, son, Edwin Neil Tomlin, Jr and  brother Douglas Wayne Tomlin.  

Visitation for Neil will be at the Boyd Funeral Home on Tuesday March 5th, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm, and on Wednesday the 6th from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow at the Felts Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, to help with funeral expenses, the family has requested donations in memory of Neil be made to the Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St. Ashland City, TN 37015 or with a debit or credit card over the phone M-F between 9-4 pm. at 615-792-4677.
