Obituary Notice George James "Bo" Tucker, Sr. George James "Bo" Tucker, Sr., age 77, died Thursday, June 23, 2011 at his home in Chapmansboro, Tennessee. He is survived by sons George (Pam) Tucker, Jr. of Westmoreland, TN, Steven Wayne Tucker of Chapmansboro, TN, Kyle (Debbie) Tucker of Raleigh, NC, daughters Sheryl Lynn Burgess of White Bluff, TN, Amanda Dawn Ferguson of Mooresville, NC, sisters Mae Allen of Nashville, TN, Ella Travis of Murfreesboro, TN, 18 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Sally Lovell Tucker and his parents Phillip and Mary Follis Tucker. Visitation was held at Boyd Funeral Home on Friday, June 24, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Boyd Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Edwards officiating. Interment followed in the Cheatham Memorial Gardens in Pleasant View. Family and friends served as pallbearers. The family entrusted Boyd Funeral Home with the arrangements.
