Richard Karlton Davidson, age 70, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at his home in Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents Karl Houston and Margaret Moore Davidson and sisters Demetria Storey, Mary Brown, Ruby Nocton. Survived by his loving wife Brenda Adair Boyd Davidson of Nashville, TN, sons Kerry Lee (Sherry) Davidson of Franklin, KY, Kyle Richard (Shannon) Davidson of White House, TN, daughters Katherine Michelle (Shane) Scott of Lexington, KY, Maggie (Mike) Martin of Joelton, TN, brother David F. Davidson, sisters Dot Bearden, Gail Trent, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the home of his daughter, Maggie Martin on Sunday, August 21, 2011 from 2 - 4 p.m. Please contact Boyd Funeral Home for the address. In lieu of flowers donations may be made,in his memory, to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(ASPCA).
