Doris Marie Duffel, age 75, died Friday, October 21, 2011 at Hillcrest Healthcare Center in Ashland City, Tennessee. She is survived by her daughters Deborah Carter of Springfield, TN, Kimberly (James) Moore of Murfreesboro, TN, Staci (Terry) Duffel-Webb of Springfield, TN, sister Margene Backman of New York, grandchildren Kenny Ervin, Regina Ervin, Marilyn Holland, David Barrett, Valerie Stansberry, Donny Webb, great-grandchildren Lily, Amanda, Danielle, Tiffany, Savannah, Carter, Destiny, Zack, Wendy, Brian, Brandy, Emily, Cecilia, Andrew, Anabelle, Sarah, and great-great grandchildren Summer, Joseph, Makayla, and Noah. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Mary Hines Cole. Visitation will be held at Boyd Funeral Home on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011 from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Boyd Funeral Home with David Holland officiating. Interment will follow in the Felts Cemetery in Ashland City. Pallbearers will be Terry Webb, James Moore, Kenny Ervin, David Barrett, Donny Webb and Glenn Peters. The family entrusted Boyd Funeral Home with the arrangements.
