Mildred Shearon Rust - 92

Nina Shearon Mildred Rust- 92 of Ashland City, died on Sunday February 2, 2014 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mildred was born on July 4, 1921 in Cheatham County to parents Lelard and Mary Alice (Hyde) Shearon. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Charles Edwin Rust. Mildred is survived by her daughters Rosemary (Fred) Tedescucci and Linda (Perry) Tilghman, sisters Pauline Harris and Velma Mosley. Mildred had four grandchildren Chris White, Charles (Shannon) Thompson, Christy Cohen, Patrick Tilghman and four great grandchildren Corbin White, Savannah Cohen, Bailey Cohen and Kinsley Thompson. Mildred retired from teaching in Cheatham and Davidson County schools. Visitation for Mildred will be at the Boyd Funeral Home on Tuesday February 4th from 3-8pm and on Wednesday from 10-12 noon. The Funeral Service for Nina Shearon Mildred Rust will be on Wednesday February 5, 2014 at 12:00 noon with Bro. Jim Michaels officiating. Burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery on Mosley Ferry Rd.
