James Jimmy' Hulsey, SR, 61 of Ashland City died on Thursday March 6, 2014 at his home. Jimmy was born August 20, 1952 in Nashville, TN to parents James C. Hulsey and Mary L. Jones. He is preceded in death by his step father Walton H. Bumper' Jones and son James Joseph Bubba' Hulsey, JR. James is survived by his mother Mary Louise Jones, daughters Cindy Hulsey Bermudez, Nina Hulsey Lopez, brothers Larry L. (Big Cindy) Hulsey, David (Pam) Jones, Roger Jones, and four grandchildren Blake Hulsey, Salvador Bermudez, Jose' Bermudez and Gabriel Gray Lopez. He loved his many nieces and nephews. Visitation for Jimmy Hulsey, SR will be at the Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St., Ashland City on Monday March 10th from 10-1pm. His funeral will follow at 1:00 pm with burial at the EverRest of Cheatham in Pleasant View. The family has requested donations to help with funeral expenses be made to the Boyd Funeral Home.
