Obit for Sarah Regina Pentecost Stephens Trentham Regina Pentecost Stephens, 81 of Springfield, TN passed away on Friday July 31, 2015 at the NHC in Springfield, TN. She was born on May 31, 1934 to the late Rufus and Buna Mae (Johnson) Pentecost in Chapmansboro, Tn. Regina is preceded in death her parents, husband Cordell Stephens, daughter Dorothy Jean Stephens, brothers Jerry, JL and Kenneth Pentecost, sister Shelby Balthrop, granddaughter Jada Cranfield, and son in law Patrick Binkley. She is survived by sons Douglas (Sheila) Neville, James (Dawn) Stephens, daughters Norma Faye Cranfield, Joyce (Richard) Cauthen, Kathy Binkley, sister Elaine Binkley. Regina had eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She loved her family and also enjoyed to read and make ceramics. Visitation for Regina Pentecost Stephens will be at the Boyd Funeral Home on Sunday August 2nd from 4-8pm and Monday from 9am till time of service at 11:00am with Bobby Hatfield officiating.
