Virginia Gayle Coffelt age 64 of Pegram, TN passed away om Monday November 9, 2015 at the St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She was born on December 10, 1950 to parents John W. and Pearl V. (Swaner) Smitty in Nashville, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother James Smitty, sisters Betty Brewington and Mary Parsley. She is survived by son John (Chrystal) McNeese, brothers George and Walter Smitty, and sister Patricia Forest. Virginia was cremated at the Richlawn Crematory in Waverly, TN Arrangements by the Boyd Funeral Home. 615-792-4677.
