Nina Pearl' Brizendine, 91 of Ashland City, passed away on Wednesday December 16, 2015 at the North Crest Medical Center in Springfield, TN. Pearl was born on June 11, 1924 in Ashland City to parents Carlton and Maude (Barnes) Allen. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 45 years, Albert Red' Brizendine, son Levern Brizendine, brothers E.C., Donald and Aaron Allen, and sister Eva Dean. Pearl is survived by sons Peanut' Dwayne (Nan) Brizendine, Timmie Martin Brizendine, daughters Sylvia E. (Gary) Moreland-Ruffin, Anita Lynn (Don) Moreland, Myra Brizendine Wilson, Shelia Brizendine, brother Leon (Robin) Allen, Sister Lillian (Walley) Allen Stone, Fifteen grandchildren Ricky Brizendine, Lori Elji, Monty, Bridgett, Shaun, Kenny, and Tracy Moreland, Vicki Guthrie, Julia Pierce, Cory Brizendine, Janel Tranthan, Chris and Brandon Chambers, Clint Bowe and Cody Morris. Pearl also had twenty seven great grandchildren and eighteen great-great grandchildren. Visitation for Pearl Brizendine will be at the Boyd Funeral Home on Saturday December 19th 2015 from 10am till time of service at 2:00pm with Bro. Drake Jenkins officiating.
