Shelby J. Krantz Dozier -76

      Shelby Jean Krantz Dozier, 76 of Pleasant View passed away on Saturday July 22, 2017 at home. Shelby was born in Cheatham County, TN on September 26, 1940 to the late Bennie and Bertha (Morris) Krantz. She is preceded in death by her husband Dorris Raymond Dozier, Sr. and brothers Sherman, Hugh, and Doug Krantz. She is survived by her son Doris Raymond (Terri) Dozier, Jr. two grandsons Travis and Grant Dozier, siblings Sammie Dozier, June Nicholson, Frankie Krantz, Harvey Krantz, Audrey Heck, Wanda Bracy and Sarah Garrison, with several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family for Shelby Dozier will be at the Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St, Ashland City, TN 37015 on Monday July 24, 2017 from 6 – 8pm concluding with a brief closing prayer and special song. Shelby will have a private burial at the Ever Rest of Cheatham Memorial Garden in Pleasant View, Tn.  Arrangements by the Boyd F.H.    615-792-4677.
